"I enjoyed my solo-stay at the apartment. It was very cozy and spacious for a Parisian accommodation. The apartment had everything I needed - a living room with big windows and a nice view, a separate bedroom, and a small bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (and a lot of bath towels!). As a solo traveler, I cannot imagine anything else I could possibly require. In addition, the host was very friendly and always available in case of questions"

"* The location - the apartment is within walkable distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions, and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. * The interior decoration and cleanliness - I appreciated the comfortable bed, the well-furnished living room, and the clean and well-supplied kitchen and bathroom. One could stay here for weeks because you have a washing machine in the bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove, and everything you might need. * The neighbourhood - there's a grocery store 2 minutes away, an incredible burger place right across, a cheese shop 5 minutes away, and the list can go on forever."

La posizione è ottima, per vicinanza ai trasporti e per vicinanza a bar, locali, supermercati e farmacie! La palazzina è davvero caratteristica e il panorama dalle due grandi finestre sui tetti parigini è romantico e da film! L'ospite è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, mai trovato dei padroni di casa così efficiente e cordiali!! assolutamente da tenere come punto di riferimento per prossimo viaggetti a Parigi!"

"The space is ideal for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies (my favorite was the coffee machine), the bed is comfortable, the tv works well, and the bathroom is clean, functional, and a decent size with good shower pressure. I really appreciate how well the hosts have planned everything to create a cozy and enjoyable experience."

"If you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues, keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th floor by American standards) and there’s no elevator. I mistakenly assumed the building would have one, and it was a real challenge for my elderly mom to climb the stairs."

"Lo mejor es la ubicación, estás a dos cuadras de varias líneas de metro, puedes ir caminando a dos estaciones de trenes. El supermercado esta en la misma cuadra y la propietaria es realmente muy muy amable, atenta a ayudar en lo que necesites, me dejó ingresar unas horas antes y tuvo toda la disposición cuando solicité salir un momento después de las 10 am (que es el horario de check out). En relación al depto, bien equipado, sabanas, toallas a disposición, todos los implementos de cocina hasta lavavajilla y lavadora!!, buena ventilación y calefacción, tres personas duermen perfecto. Además muy preocupada de los detalles, habían chocolates, té, capsulas de café y cafetera, azúcar como bienvenida, Recomiendo totalmente."

"Creo que está bien en general, solo algunas oportunidades de mejora, resaltar que el depto se encuentra en el tercer piso? (me pierdo un poco con los números de pisos) sin ascensor, para alguien con movilidad reducida o si vas con maletas gigantes como la mía, considerar este punto, si bien es bastante común este tipo de arquitectura en París es posible que sea un inconveniente. Sugeriría, complementar el depto con un secador de pelo, reemplazar el hervidor que no se apaga automáticamente y podría ser peligroso."
